Terms of Service
Last updated: September 19, 2026
These terms govern your use of FindMyTable at findmytable.live. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
FindMyTable lets you build a seating chart and event page and share it with guests through a QR code. Features may change over time. We may add, change or remove features, and we will try to give notice of changes that significantly affect paid plans.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.
Plans and pricing
- The Free plan includes 1 active event with up to 50 guests and the QR code seat finder.
- The Pro plan is a one-time payment, currently $75 USD. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Pro includes unlimited guests and unlimited events, along with the additional features described on our pricing section.
- Guest photo galleries are hosted for 3 months.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown before you pay and we may change them for future purchases.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you upload, including guest lists, images, menus and floor plans. You give us permission to store, process and display that content only as needed to operate the service for you and your guests. You are responsible for your content and for having the right to share any personal information about your guests. Guests are responsible for what they submit to an event page, such as messages, photos and song requests.
Gift payment details
Pro hosts can show payment details, such as a username or QR code for PayPal, Cash App, Venmo or Zelle, on their event page. These details are shown to anyone who can open the page. You are responsible for entering them correctly and for any gifts sent using them. FindMyTable does not process, hold or guarantee these payments and is not a party to any transaction between a guest and a host. Only add payment details for accounts that belong to you.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service for anything unlawful, or upload content that is illegal, hateful, harassing or infringes someone else’s rights;
- upload malware, or try to gain unauthorized access to the service or other users’ data;
- overload, scrape or interfere with the service, or bypass rate limits or other protections;
- use event pages to send spam or to mislead people.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms or put the service or other users at risk.
Availability
We work to keep FindMyTable available, especially on event days, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Please keep your own copy of important information such as your guest list and consider having a backup plan for your event.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FindMyTable will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending your account
You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, such as content ownership and limitation of liability, will continue to apply.
Privacy
How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will change the “Last updated” date above, and continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
